Bedrooms and bath rooms were very spacious and cozy! Backyard space was perfect for lounging and for dogs. Location was close to area restaurants and shopping! Will book again!

My friends and I spent a long weekend at this property for a Bachelor Party. Right from the start, we were pleasantly surprised at how modern, updated, and well kept the property was. The kitchen was updated with modern appliances and a gas range, the den was a cozy and comfortable spot to catch a game, and all of the bedrooms and bathrooms were well kept and updated with modern appliances and furniture. The outdoor space was perfect for hanging out after a long day out and about. All of the provided toiletries and kitchen equipment, which were plentiful, were very easy to find. The location of the property was placed perfectly between everything that Cincinnati and Covington has to offer, and nothing was more than a 20 minute drive away. It was also great for those looking to explore the eastern parts of the bourbon trail. There were plenty of distilleries within an hour drive of the property. Overall, we had an amazing time on our trip, and the property was a huge part of why it was such a great trip.

This property was better than the listing described. It was very clean and very comfortable. Was concerned about our dogs bothered by possible street and neighborhood noises (tract tracks at the corner, churches and medical facilities close by), but they were pretty comfortable and quiet in this home. From the prettiest front porch on the block to the new, tall fencing in the backyard, this property felt safe and secure. A representative texted before we arrived so that we had personal contact in case of questions or issues. All supplies (towels, kitchenware, etc) were available and easy to find, everything was in good repair. The rooms were spacious, including a big main bathroom, and durably, but tastefully decorated. Seemed very kid-friendly, with lots of games, crayons and even toddler plates and utensils. Would have loved to sit out in the adorable backyard patio area, but the weather was too uncooperative. Overall, a lovely property and we were really pleased to be able to stay here. Two travel tips: The neighborhood was built before garages were used, so there is only street parking. We parked at the corner, but the neighborhood was fine even at night. Also, being an older home, there are minimal outlets in the rooms, so device charging and hair styling was a tiny challenge.
