"Hotel was extremely noisy. Traffic was very loud all night, police dealt with an unruly crowd at 2 am outside and we were up until 4 am because people were drunk and yelling throughout the hall of the 5th floor. Also there were two dogs in Separate rooms you could hear barking throughout the night as well."

"Breakfast was minimal and the yogurt machine was broken. Accommodations were OK, but nothing special. The little porches with rocking chairs for each room were unique. There is no fitness center, but there is a pool. Overall, I would give it a B."

"We have stayed here a few times and like the rooms and staff. My only gripe is the noisy traffic out front 24-7, especially truck traffic. If you din’t get a room in the back you will curse the traffic noise."

"It was a nice stay. The only reason I don't give a 5 star is I only do that for drop dead in love stuff. But the staff was friendly, the room was comfortable and everything went as planned. Since the room was just a base of operations for visiting the area, it was perfect for our needs"

"Great hotel for the price! There was a lot of bugs on the outside of the building (ie. carport/front area lots of spiders on the upper inside roof, and out side our window on the 5th floor there were wasps, spiders, beetles and flys. Only saw one beetle inside but everything stayed out side. The breakfast doesn’t start till 7. The interior could use some deep cleaning and patch work but was ok for the most part. Their mini fridge is smaller than most and the freezer was broken. Beside those...

"The only problem we had was that we had requested a ground floor room. But when we arrived our room was on 2nd floor. We got a ground floor room only because a nice lady switched rooms with us. We had planned on 3 nights but we're only able to stay 2 nights. We had to pay extra charges & had less time. However the housekeeper was very nice. She gave us softer pillows, because pillows the 1st night were like sleeping on a brick. Slept much better 2nd night. All in all it was a very nice hitel"

"The room was spacious and had a great view. The bathroom was great and gym was adequate, though it was a little dated. We didn't like not having complimentary water bottles for our stay when we arrived. That should be standard, as this is the first hotel we stayed in that didn't provide this service. Also, the breakfast needs some help. The addition of waffle makers and meat items would go a long way in terms of variety."

"When you get a room at Candlewood, you're renting the room and that's it. You get nothing/little in the way of services. New towels? You take your used towels to the service desk and exchange them. Trash? They will provide small trash bags, and you can put them in the hall for pickup when full. They clean and change sheets once a week. However, you don't have to be concerned with someone being in your room and thus no tipping. The full size refrigerator, top side stove, and microwave...

"To start off with, prior to our arrival I called to see if we could check in early only to hear that we didn't have a reservation from the the woman who answered the phone. I booked & paid in July 2026 for our stay October 17,2026. We ended up being late for our event because we had to speak with Customer service at Expedia who spoke with Sleep in to confirm our booking. There were only 2 vending machines which only accepted $1.00 Bills or exact exact change, room was dusty and outdated but...

"While most things seemed to look clean, the sofa was stained with something and the one cushion was pretty wore out. There are no drapes over the windows.
The lady at the front counter was NOT friendly at all. She acted like it was an inconvenience for us to be there.
Hallways were extremely noisy.
I would not recommend nor will I be staying there again."
