"The Lake Estate was nothing short of amazing. Arron and Arista at the front desk were extremely welcoming, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. Never once did we walk by the lobby without them saying hello or offering anything to make the stay better and taking photos for us. Told us all about the resort. Cannot say enough things about Jackie at the spa. She’s the best! For a private hotel opening so recently of that size… it was well worth it and we will be going back...

"Mesmo com a boa vontade da recepcionista, tivemos problemas com o sistema de calefação da habitação (não funciona/não desliga além do ruído elevado). Como complimentary ofereceram 2 garrafas de água p 3 diárias. Ridículo 👎 O que ofereciam era um café ou chá e nada mais. Decepcionado pelo custo x benefício "

"This was a nice place to stay, 22 minutes from Pat's Peak. We skied there as a family then went out to the Common Man Restaurant which is 3 minutes from the hotel, there was a pool and free breakfast. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet, I'd stay there again. The staff was very friendly."

"This hotel is very nice. Lobby and rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and the towels full and fluffy. The only complaint I have was the breakfast. The eggs and sausage were unappealing . I would not even consider trying them."
