"Great little apartment with fantastic views across the estuary. Location fantastic with a ten minute walk to Instow and the beach. Apartment very well equipped. Lovely little touches with decorations ( almost too many not leaving much work top space in the kitchen). The cottage is really comfortable, we loved the heated bathroom floors and the well equipped kitchen. We also enjoyed playing a bit of darts and table tennis in the games room. The hosts were so helpful when there was a slight issue when we arrived.. it was really quickly sorted. Highly recommend!"

"The cottage is a bit tired but well equiped, clean and comfortable. The instructions to find the key were terrible! it says get them from a key safe padlocked to the front railings at the front of the house and they were at the back, attached to the house. Google maps cannot find the address so we followed the instructions given. It mentions a car show room that it is not there anymore (a convenient Tesco instead). I called the number given and was asked for a lot of information including my...

"The house was perfect for our large group. The location is perfect for walking, exploring and relaxing. Everyone enjoyed our time at Royal Oak Farm and Georgia was a very helpful host."

"We had a lovely stay here, was perfect with the playground on the doorstep and the summer house. My daughter loved it! The pool was perfect too and was a good way to spend the afternoon. Next to our lodge is a field perfect for catching the last hour on golden sunrays. Our host was very friendly and helpful, we certainly hope to come again in the future!"
