"The entire hotel is outdated, it looks more like a motel not Best Western hotel. I have been in many best western hotels before, but nothing compare to this one. Hard Rock Hotel San Diego
"The first day they have an event in the area of the pool, a private event. And even they offer you to go to a pool of the nearest hotel, I don’t think is the best way to all the guests. The next day the pool was dirty with hairs and like a black dust. I think this hotel is overhyped."
