Summary:
Nestled in the heart of vibrant Christchurch Central, Sanctuary on Salisbury is a modern and stylish 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment that offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and location and security. Within walking distance to all the cities amenities, this apartment is close to everywhere you want to be.

The Space:
Built in 2021, this gated apartment building with allocated parking is modern, warm and built to a high specification. Accessed using the building elevator, this second-floor apartment is set up with comfort in mind.

Located just north of the square and within walking distance to the convention centre, the town hall, Theatres and the bars and restaurants on the Terrace, this two-bedroom apartment is close to everywhere you want to be. Lock up your car in the complimentary gated carpark and explore all this modern city has to offer.

Each bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, a full wardrobe, large mirror and two bedside tables, with stand-up phone charger in each room.

The large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge has all you need for a night in with a full kitchen, a dining table for four and a comfy couch in front of a 50” smart TV. The heat pump is available for those cooler (or warmer) nights.

Fantastic Property in central location

This was a great property located in central Christchurch. From the moment we booked, communication was good. The property was exactly as described. Extremely clean and well equipped. It was easy to find and having allocated parking was a real bonus. Being central was a bonus, everything we wanted was within walking distance. Four adults stayed during this trip and there was more than enough space. Would highly recommend this property and host. Thanks for an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
