"We stayed one night at The Bear and loved it! It’s a beautifully curated boutique hotel with lots of quirky and bear-themed art and accessories in the rooms and restaurant. Our room was immaculately clean, decorated really well with a Nespresso machine, kettle, air con and Dyson fan and a small table and chairs. "We were going to a wedding nearby and needed an early check in to be able to get changed, having flown into LHR 2 hours earlier. The manager (Amanda I think her name was) had both our rooms ready for us which was amazing. Rooms were spacious, well furnished and immaculately clean. Breakfast was fab (I had eggs florentine). All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We'll be back :-)"

"The owner Denise was just so lovely and helpful. The bed was really comfy and the room was a good size. The bathroom was a good size too. The dining room was bright and well decorated and the full English was just divine. Nothing was too much trouble and if you need info on where to go and enjoy yourself then look no further than Denise. We didn't realise the B&B was so close to the beach. A lovely 10 minute walk through a golf course and woods then miles of lovely sandy beach. See the kids...

"Nice place to stay. My only slight problem was travelling with my elderly mother I couldn’t drop her right outside the building as it was in a shopping centre. Other than that. Clean spacious room. Comfortable bed helpful reception staff. Brought me an iron and ironing board up to my room. "
