"Lovely room aith adequate wardrobe space and a huge shower room. Our room was very close to the kitchen vent which was quite noisy especially when we had to open the window. Lovely breakfast. Friendly staff and great location in this beautiful village. "

"The Jack Vettriano suite was a delight to stay in and the food was as exquisite as ever. The only slight disappointment was that due to necessary work some parts of the garden were closed."

"We were only here one night, but I loved staying in this flat! It was a real insight into how people live their everyday lives in a city the size of Oxford. Manu was excellent about communicating with us and made sure we would have no trouble finding the flat or getting into it. I wish we could have stayed here longer, and I would definitely reach out to him again if I ever travel back this way!"

"An amazingly beautiful property in a stunning location. Gorgeous rooms and a lovely garden. The owner was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The cooked breakfast was delicious, and the dining room was like a room from a fairy story. Can't wait to come back for a longer stay next time"

The Red Lion was simply magnificent, the welcome super, pub ambiance super friendly all in all we will be attending and revisiting again The Red Lion is tucked away, just follow the sign as the place does ooz quality, has its own history which is fascinating its just great. "The staff were amazing, incredibly helpful and friendly. They made sure that the gluten free member of our group was catered for at breakfast. The room was clean, and the beds comfy afrer walking the Thames path. I wiuld stay here again in a heartbeat and am thinking of retyrning with my family due to the location and price. "

"We are visiting from Australia and this place is absolutely awesome! Amazing location yet within walking distance to pubs / restaurants and town centre. Incredibly quiet being in a country setting and lots of opportunities for walks by the river. The staff were welcoming and friendly and we were able to have breakfast outside in the lovely garden. We felt well looked after. Highly recommend!"

"This pub is a really well looked after and the rooms are super comfortable... lovely bed, large rooms... The breakfast is top quality and a great comfortable experience... The only things to note are, it is not as close to Henley as I thought, it was about 4-5 miles away and there is NO mobile reception in the pub or the rooms... if you need to make or receive any calls, you have to walk around the car park or the village for a reception...! Apart from that, I would definately go back and stay,...

"The room was great ,breakfast good and the staff great. Only issue was the paint on bathroomceiling was coming away due to leak or damp needed attention.enjoyed stay lots of resturants ,cafes and bars in area all in walking distance .river walks very close."

"Lovely location overlooking the river. However if you book a river view room ask for the second floor because there is very little privacy on the first floor. Passengers in double decker buses waiting for the traffic lights to change can look straight into the first floor windows. There is a very quiet lift to the river view rooms. There is no parking at the hotel but the station car park is quite close by and only £6 per 24 hours when we stayed which is quite reasonable. "
