This stylish single-level villa offers two en-suite bedrooms and an open-plan living area that flows directly to the garden and a 4 x 8 metre saltwater pool with a shallow end, ideal for families. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide natural light throughout. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, while thoughtful finishes create a relaxed and comfortable tropical atmosphere.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full private access to the villa, including the pool, garden, and outdoor lounge. A private entrance and secure parking for one vehicle are provided. Guests may also use shared community facilities such as a gym, landscaped gardens, and 24-hour security. A shuttle service to the beach, Boat Avenue, and Blue Tree Park is available at an additional charge.



The Neighborhood:

Situated in a quiet, gated community in Cherngtalay, the villa is surrounded by greenery and peaceful streets. Laguna Phuket is within walking distance, while Bang Tao Beach is a short drive away. Getting Around:

The villa is centrally located and easily accessed by car or motorbike, with private on-site parking available. Taxis and ride-hailing services such as Grab are readily available. Bang Tao Beach, Boat Avenue, Laguna Golf Course, and Blue Tree Park are all within a short drive. Car or scooter hire is recommended for exploring Phuket with greater flexibility.



Other Things to Note:

Electricity usage up to 30 kWh per day is included, with excess charged separately based on meter readings. Pool maintenance and gardening are provided twice weekly. High-speed internet is included. Loud parties are not permitted. Smoking is allowed only outdoors. One designated parking space is provided; parking on the street or within community alleys is not permitted.
