"Best hotel we have ever stayed in , in terms of costumer service, cleanliness and room size. We ran into an issue with the receptionist charging my card when I already had a reservation through Expedia. It was at night and I was too tired I forgot to let her know and she didn’t not ask either. Next morning I realized about the double charge. "Great kitchen with all appliances but also staples like flour and other supplies for use in cooking/baking. I liked the windowless bedroom, cabinets were plentiful and well-stocked in kitchen, everything was very clean and enough towels. Toilet worked better when I poured additional water into tank. First time stay at place with no front desk. Remote person could have better explained timing of providing needed entry code. Only complaint."
