We could not even locate the place. We had to book another place for the night. Their contact number not even working. Not really sure if the place is real. Very bad experience as we wasted 2 hours driving, trying to locate the place but could not find it.

I would say the hotel is overpriced for what you get. The rooms are outdated, they should have been renovated for 10-15 years ago.
