Excellent and very cosy hotel in Venice. It is located 20 minutes walking from the train station and approximately 20 minutes walking also to Piazza San Marco. It is in a quieter area, which was highly appreciated considering the amount of people in Venice. However, close enough to everything and in a beautiful neighborhood. The person who received us (Noel) was super kind and had our room ready for us earlier than expected. We could also leave our luggage with him the last day until our...

Our stay was very good! The amenities were the best I have ever had a hotel provide. Mini fridge stocked with complementary wine, water, softdrinks. The bathroom offered the usual stuff plus, toothbrushes, razors, a towel warmer ( couldn’t figure out how to use it, but would have helped in drying undies). The pull out couch was the even comfy after banging my knee on the metal frame, so watch out for that, The foot of it angles upward, which was good cause my feet &legs hurt from all the...

The double room is good, with a large bed and bright lighting. The bathroom is small, but comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is very small, with six rooms in the building and several family apartments nearby. The terrace photos are of only one of the rooms on the third floor; the others have only two exterior windows.
