This adorable Cottage is located on Anderton, just off of Church Street - a super short stroll to Main Street, where many Shops and Restaurants are located, as well as Robert Reed Waterfront Park - a fabulous place to take in one of our famous Sunsets! 

As you enter the Cottage, you'll know you made the right choice. Beautifully decorated with a tasteful Coastal Flair, the soothing Colors of Sand & Sea are both serene and refreshing. Relax in the spacious Living Area after a fun-filled day on the Beach and enjoy the Free WiFi and Flat Screen TV with Streaming. With a wonderful Open Floor Plan, the whole gang can reconnect without ever feeling crowded. With New Floors reminiscent of the Boardwalk you grew up visiting, Exposed Ceiling Beams, and splashes of blue that make you feel like you're still there, you may not want to leave.

The Chef in your family will love the well-stocked Kitchen with tons of space AND tons of gadgets. Enjoy meals with the family here, at the Breakfast Bar, or Al-Fresco on the huge Porch. There's even another Picnic Table outside for enjoying those Local Crabs you've been craving! Fido will love the spacious yard for sunning in, as well as the porch, and the Cottage is in a great location for taking long walks with your pup.

Down the Hall, the stunning Master Bedroom has a luxurious King Bed and Private Master Bath. So many special touches, such as the double French Doors leading to the gorgeous Master Bath with Granite Vanity, will make you feel pampered. On the other side of Saltwater Cottage, there are 2 more Bedrooms with brand new everything! Bedroom 2 is perfect for the kids with 2 Twin Beds and Nautical Navy and Crisp White décor. Bedroom 3 has a comfy Queen Bed waiting for you, as well as a beach Seashell Theme in cool Coastal Colors.

One Dog welcome at no add'l charge - must be pre-approved, and current on vaccinations and flea/tick preventative. Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals to guests under age 25.  Therefore,  online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
