"It was my 7th stay at the hotel. As usual, very clean and nice overal. However, last time I stayed I was promised an upgrade and it wasnt mentioned this time. Also, the air-conditioning is not working as well as I would like. It is comfortable enough but I could make it cooler for my liking."

"Honestly, that might be the nicest Ramada there is - and decently priced! Yet, the staff - even including restaurant/bar staff - went above and beyond. I have an American number - unable to get local SIM cards, as my phone is blocked - and food apps don't permit non-Chinese numbers. Even so, the staff ordered for me on THEIR apps. And while I gave them a tip for doing so, they didn't have to do that for me - yet did.. I would DEFINITELY recommend Ramada by Wyndham Beijing Capital Airport Hotel!"

"Overall was a great experience EXCEPT their dryer didn’t work which caused me great inconvenience. I stayed up all night waiting for my clothes to dry, putting it in multiple times and it was still wet. Definitely a management flaw tho not the reception or housekeepers fault. Other than that, honestly so cheap and convenient. Airport shuttle was super helpful taking me to and from the airport, even just for me to hop onto the train to go into downtown.
