    Enjoy a sitting area, tv, apartment-size fridge, microwave, Keurig, and Starlink Wi-Fi. Relax on a private deck overlooking the valley. Complimentary shuttle service to Bell Manor included. Downtown shops and dining or State Parks are only a short drive away. Perfect for a peaceful getaway. Free parking and essentials provided.

    The space
    On the same grounds as Bell Manor, attending events there has never been easier. No need to travel back into town for a hotel room. Stay at the Valley of The Bell.
    Dedicated parking area for guests.
    Private entrance. Large deck overlooking the Scioto River Valley. As you enter the suite, you will find a sitting area to catch up on your work or just relax and enjoy your favorite show on the television. Stocked coffee bar and refrigerator.
    Bedroom 1 sleeps 2,features a queen size bed with a bonus pull out sofa for additional sleeping area. You will find the beds & bedside tables feature charging stations for your convenience. Bedroom 2 sleeps 4 with 2 queen beds. The private bathroom has a glass enclosed shower, LED vanity mirror to help you get on your way quickly and looking your best.

    The 2 bedrooms and bath are all adjacent and connected by a shared hallway.

    We live in the 1st floor of the home and are available for requests and needs of our guests.

    Guest access:
    Guests have private use of designated parking area, the deck, bedrooms and bathroom of the unit. There are 5 steps up to the deck of the unit, the deck is 3 tiered with 2 one step risers. Not handicap accessible.

    Owner lives in lower unit, please do not block garages or driveway. Keep all vehicles in gravel parking area.

    The front porch of lower unit is not available to guests.
    Other things to note:
    Please do not enter the front porch area and yard of the home. We live in the first floor of the home.
    Guests have access to designated parking area (gravel area behind home), deck over the garage and the rental space inside the home. Reg#42115

We stopped here for the night going to our spring break destination. It was perfect for the 5 of us, short drive off the interstate and communication with the owner was great also. Would stay here again.

Great experience

3 beds, 1 bath with a microwave and fridge was all that we needed. Perfectly clean and lavish with a friendly renter made the experience a 10/10 for me.

Property listing was misleading and misrepresented the actuality. There was only one bedroom with the third bed being in a common area leading to the outside with no privacy. Neither photos nor description indicated that it was an attic apartment with sloping walls which hindered movement to beds and closets. No kitchen, bathroom contained dirt and mold, not even plastic forks, knives or spoons or napkins. The alleged loveseat was smaller than enough for two people, and was very uncomfortable only other seating or plastic chairs, also uncomfortable closets were about 3 feet high, requiring one to bend down to use them. This was not a comfortable or clean place to stay in. The accommodations were very very cheap. The showerhead only had water coming out of the middle and the shower floor was extremely slippery. Requiring one to hold onto something while showering. No ice was available and there was only one tiny sink in the bathroom. It is cheaper to stay in a nice hotel than to stay here.
