One important detail that is not clearly disclosed in the listing is that the pool, bar, and restaurant are not actually located in this hotel. Guests must leave the building, cross the street, and use the facilities at the neighboring The President Hotel. The photos give the impression that these amenities are part of the property, which I found misleading. Another frustrating issue was the complete lack of communication. Multiple phone calls and messages were sent over the course of 3 days, but none were ever answered. Being unable to reach the hotel before arrival made resolving questions or issues impossible and significantly impacted the overall experience.
