We paid far too much for a windowless room with stained carpet, no lamp on far bedside table, noisy environment (music from bars, clear conversations from other rooms, footsteps and furniture being moved overhead at 2:30am) and worst of all, variable shower water temp and ultimately a hot water fail. "I want sure what category this fell under. You had just bought the Coldwater Inn in Tuscumbia, AL. We had to check in 3 different times and obtain 3 different sets of keys. Inconvenient. But no big deal. But i thonk that caused the next issue. Our room wasnt cleaned while we were there and we were there a full week. Had to ask for toilet paper. No made beds, etc. Again. No big deal as it was just my husband and I. Just thought you would want to know how the transition is going. "
