For many years, vacationers have been spending the best time of the year with us in Schützing. A vacation at the Kirchmaier Farm means relaxation surrounded by the nature of idyllic Chiemgau, with a direct view of Lake Chiemsee and the mountains. At the same time, our farm is a family-run agricultural business that offers plenty of adventures on the farm and with our various animals—especially for our younger guests. Whatever we undertake, we do with passion: That’s why we’re currently expanding our vacation farm and setting up new luxury vacation apartments and double rooms, a wellness area with three saunas and a relaxation room, and a cozy farm café for our guests. The luxurious 5-star Hochgern vacation apartment spans two floors, located on the first and second floors of the Kirchmaier Vacation Farm. Up to 6 people will find plenty of space in the 95 m² living area. The tastefully color-coordinated interior design, combined with the real wood furnishings, lends the vacation apartment a unique sense of coziness. The attractively designed living and dining area is the perfect place to relax. Two bathrooms with walk-in rain showers and a freestanding bathtub let you enjoy a spa experience right within the comfort of your own vacation apartment.
