"We really liked this hotel. It felt very traditional Bavarian. We wished we could have stayed longer. We arrived late and had an excellent dinner. Unfortunately the kitchen closed at 8pm and we could not get the desert we wanted. And the restaurant was closed the next two days so we could not have another dinner. This is a family run hotel. It’s tight on the actual property but there is parking nearby about .5 miles (10 min walk) free 6p to 9am. You can also ask to rent the car port for 5/ night which I think is good at least for your first and last night if you have a lot of luggage , otherwise parking nearby not an issue if their lot...

"What was unique was the peaceful surroundings and mountain views. Staff was unusually helpful, pleasant and polite. Manuella at the desk always greeted us with a smile and deserves 5 stars fro her service. What I did not like was the hotel has a laundry service for an exhorbitant rate. They should just find a place and install self srvice machines, as then people would plan longer stays there because the peace and tranquility that comes from the mountain views is super amazing."
