It sits on the shores of Chichester Harbour and is home to a locked marina on the site of a former tide millpond. It offers exciting restaurants, pubs, and shops, all within easy walking distance of the property. Its excellent location allows you to easily explore the entire county and visit scenic beaches, parks, and numerous other attractions.

Getting Around:

With lots of space to park in the driveway, driving to the house is a good option. There is a bus stop at the end of the road that connects you to East and West Wittering, and Chichester. There are local taxi firms too, which Fresh Air Holidays can advise on. Chichester has a train station that connects this part of the world with many other locations in southern England, including Brighton, Portsmouth and London.



Other Things to Note:

★ PET POLICY ★



We welcome responsible dog owners. We do ask a few things though:



- Dogs must be well/house trained

- Dogs should only be allowed in the communal parts of the house, not in bedrooms or upstairs

- Please clear up after your dog in the garden and around the property (fines payable if this isn't adhered to)

- Muddy paws should be cleaned before they're allowed into the house

- Please never leave dogs in the property unsupervised

Our property’s quiet hours (10pm to 8am) are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.



We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our house rules during your stay. We use a smart home technology to help protect our guests, the surrounding community and the property.



‘Minut' is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. It also records temperature and humidity.
