Holiday Let Annex; Self Contained; Sleeps 2; One minute from beach

Newly refurbished Holiday Let Annex is self contained, self catering, with a light airy and modern feel. Spacious living/dining room containing dining table/chairs, sofa bed, TV and free unlimited WIFI. There is a selection of games and puzzles for those stay in days. The kitchen has oven, hob, microwave, fridge, plenty of storage and a good selection of cooking utensils. Although no washing machine a launderette can be found in the village. Living room leads through to a small hall where you will find clothes hanging facilities and luggage storage. Off the hall is the shower, courtesy sink and WC room and one small double bedroom providing dressing table and stool. Linen and towels are provided.

The Let is accessed through its own independent entry either by the patio doors or rear kitchen door via the garden/driveway.

The Let is ideal for 2 persons. If you require sofa bed linen please advise prior to stay. A small breed, well trained, dog is permitted for an extra cost of £10 per stay. Please ensure you tick the pets box when booking. Space for surf boards, paddle boards, bikes, sporting equipment, etc in garage on request.

There is a small enclosed garden to sit and relax after a long day exploring.

On site private parking immediately outside Let with surrounding security lighting.

Although completely independent, it is attached to our bungalow by a securely locked internal door.

We are located across the road from the Oval Field where a children's park and zipwire can be found and only a one minute walk from beach/sea front. Although beach is pebble, when it is low tide it unveils a beautiful sandy beach. From here you can enjoy the stunning sun rise and sun sets across the horizon with multi coloured skies. The newly built RNLI Lifeboat Station is a 10 minute stroll along the sea front where fishermen can be seen returning with their days catch.

Great location for Goodwood Festival of Speed and Horse Racing, The Witterings and City of Chichester. Chichester Golf, RSPB Pagham, Medmerry Nature Reserve and Ocean Paradise Golfing Adventure all within 3 miles. Bus No. 51 runs every 15 minutes from the village to Chichester Town Centre.

A short weekend break with my dog. The rental is spotlessly clean and has a fresh decor. Fully enclosed garden with opportunity to meet hosts' dogs via picket fence. Excellent location next to the green and the pebble beach. Very dog friendly area with great walking opportunities. Would love to return.

Wonderful find .Everything we hoped for and more. Comfortable, spotlessly clean,very private even though it was an annexe with owners attached.Lynne and Mark very friendly and attentive. 1 minute from a very dog friendly beach. The property was beautiful, spotlessly clean, decorated beautifully and lovely garden. Milk,teabags, hot chocolate and coffee sachets there waiting for us which was a nice touch. A couple of minutes walk to the beach, lovely coastal walks and great food in the nearby pub 'The Lifeboat'. The couple that owned the property were lovely and friendly. Would definitely recommend this holiday let and we hope to return.

Great deal for exactly what we needed. Hosts were great, hopefully they will have us again! The property was clean and didn’t expect the clean towels, tea, coffee and even milk! A 10 out 10 for us. Feedback: The lounge light was quite bright either a dimmer switch or a lamp would be great. Everything else was absolutely perfect

It’s a lovely newly renovated property in Selsey. Everything is brand new and feels that lots of effort has gone into making sure that the property looks great and guests have a good time there. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and the hosts were very friendly and easy to deal with.

My son and I had the pleasure of staying here over a few days. The hosts were so awesomely friendly and didn’t mind my two small dogs! The let was spotlessly clean. It is steps to the beach, which was uncrowded and dog friendly. I would highly recommend this let to anyone else lucky enough to be able to stay here!

We had a lovely stay, and would stay here again. When staying with a child just be aware of the fact, that the living room can't be fully darkened. Wasn't a problem for us, as our child sleeps in any situation. Kitchen had all we needed. Garden was lovely, parking right in front of the door. Beach is one block over. Supermarket is close by, as well as a gas station. Owners were super friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. We made great memories!

We enjoyed a fantastic few days staying at Marlyns . Lynne and Mark were excellent hosts, welcoming & accommodating. Marlyns is a well equipped annex with everything you could need & more for short stays. The garden was a fab addition for the dog to be able to roam. Great location, just a moments walk to the sea front. Lots of lovely local walks, local pubs & places to explore. We hope to be back!

I don't think the pictures on the website do the place justice. It is immaculately clean and much newer than it looks on the website. The rental is an annex to a family home but you would not know at all as you have complete privacy and a little garden which is gated so great if you have a dog. This property was ideal for myself, my husband and our dog and located 2 mins walk from the sea. Close proximity to Chichester and The Witterings. We had a really enjoyable stay and would love to return.
