As many of the reviews mentioned, the home is private and self contained. It's extremely clean, the beds are comfy, including the sofa bed. The home looks like the photos and is inviting. Plus, it's filled with amenities -- kitchen is stocked, there are snacks which are available and a really nice touch for a weary traveler. The bathroom is also well stocked. We highly recommend staying here. Thank you to Evolve.for an inviting stay!

Great Trip at Backyard Bungalow

This property was perfect for our Graduation weekend. The property is roomier than pictures show. Even the pullout couch was comfortable. Our host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We will definitely book again when family visits.

Just what we hoped for!

We needed a place to stay while visiting our daughter and her family and this cottage fit our needs perfectly. The house was clean, well laid out, nicely decorated and located close to downtown and other attractions. It is located behind the main house, which is occupied by a bookkeeping service. It has a private yard that is fenced and our granddaughter loved playing in it when they visited. We would definitely recommend this home and will enjoy staying here again!

The house is superbly equipped and well maintained. Appreciated the walking distance from both downtown and the CFD grounds to avoid dealing with parking.

Safe and sound

Our stay at this house was absolutely perfect. It provided everything we needed for a comfortable and successful stay in Cheyenne. Tucked at the back of the property, the house offered us a private retreat with all the essentials—a cozy bedroom, a welcoming living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a washer and dryer. The combination of privacy and security made it an ideal space for our extended stay. We genuinely loved our time here, and the owner made the entire experience effortless and enjoyable for us.

We were in Cheyenne for a week for family business and were lucky enough to find this cottage. Pictures accurately portray the unit. It was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It was well stocked with everything you need plus some very nice unexpected items. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, charming bungalow! Great for single travelers!

This beautiful home looks just like the pictures. One of the best stocked homes we have been in. Kitchen has everything you need down to mixing bowls and an air fryer. Jennifer is gracious host. Yes, the owner is right in front of the bungalow. However, the owner is not any closer to you then the surrounding homes. As an older couple, my husband and I did not mind this. If you travel alone, this would be a perfect place to stay. Fenced in yard, outside security cameras and host right there. Host does not intrude upon your privacy. Perfect location to downtown for shopping and eating. Will stay here again!

Our state was great. This is one of the most well-kept properties that I've ever stayed at. It's probably because the owner has a business nearby and maintains it themselves. No crumbs on the stove no dust under the bed no hair all over everything was clean and maintained. You definitely won't be disappointed. I highly recommend! That's all we ever want is clean and so many of these places are nasty and the cleaning crews are horrible. Thank you for respecting our hard-earned dollars and making our trip comfortable. It's always so hard to enjoy the trip when the place is disgusting. And we only rent five star reviewed properties. Which is mind blowing. Only other property I had that was clean, but not as clean as this one, was in Colorado springs. Also high quality toilet paper. What a cheap and simple touch. Once again this owner or manager or host takes this business seriously.

The place was excellent. Perfectly fitted our needs for a short stay. Very easy entry. Furniture comfortable. Good WI-FI. Easy access and fast service. Rules and process spelled out completely on info sheet in unit. Plenty of glassware and dishes. Good coffee pot. Nice quiet location. Close to Domino's Pizza right next door. We give it an A!!!
