"Check in was quick and easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a good selection of hot foods and muffins and fruit. A variety of juice, hot coffee and tea. We totally recommend this hotel."

"Outside doors several didn’t lock, completely not secure. Front desk person took 20min to show up to check us in. No soap in bathroom, called front desk she said they ran out, use shampoo."

"The hotel was great, the staff was more than great. What wasn't so great was the roofing contractor that backed a fork lift into my car. However the manager of the hotel was very gracious and accomadating for the extra two days we were stranded waiting to get a rental car and then allowing our car to remain on hotel property until it could be picked up by a auto transporter. "Gym is decent. Staff is excellent. Plenty of work space. Bed wasn’t too comfy and breakfast was pretty bland. Good coffee though."

"The bathroom counter space was much too small. The air conditioner did not have a constant fan setting, so the hallway noise was very noticeable. The front desk attendant was asleep when we checked out at 9:30 am."

"They overbooked the room! I turned up at 10pm with 2 kids, only to be told, no room was available and they wouldn't refund me and I had to take it with expedia! Apparently this has happen "a lot of times" and "they feel terrible turning people away". Then don't offer the rooms if they are unavailable."

"The wind is consistently blowing in Cheyenne. Unfortunately, my window had a small leak and the noise of the wind blowing through it kept me awake."

"Expedia website says this place is dog friendly. I arrived at 11pm and found out from front desk that the parent hotel is pet friendly however the Holiday inn was not. Luckily the staff was able to make this work, however there was a second there after 10 hours of driving that it seemed like my non-refundable hotel room suddenly became useless because Expedia and the hotel information differ."

"The staff was friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It had a mini refrigerator but no freezer inside. I was disappointed because we were traveling across country and I needed to freeze our ice packs for the cooler that held my medication. The bathroom floor was dirty with black marks all over it. Parking was easy and we could see our vehicle from our room. We did have a hard time finding it because their sign was broken broken out. We passed it up and had to turn around and...

"It was quiet, we didn't have to stay but 12 hours or so,but it was so quiet compared to normal hotels. The staff was nice. The only thing that could use some work is maybe a little better options for breakfast my husband and I did not eat anything, and maybe get a few dollars back into fixing a few things. Where our bathroom met the room the carpet was all messed up, big stain on the sheet, and in the shower on the wall was a messed up spot."
