Just off the living area is a cosy sleeping nook with a trundle bed for up to 2 additional guests, making the apartment a flexible option for couples, small families or groups of up to four.



Kitchen



The modern kitchen is fully equipped for everything from breakfast before a day out to dinner at home. You’ll have an oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, crockery, cutlery and wine glasses.



Bedroom



The spacious bedroom has a comfortable double bed, fresh professionally laundered linen, room-darkening blinds and plenty of wardrobe storage.



Bathroom



The contemporary bathroom includes a full-size bath with overhead rain shower, hot water, towels, shampoo, body wash and shower gel — ideal whether you prefer a quick shower or a long soak.

The Neighborhood:

The property is a 25 minute walk to the town centre.



The apartment is located in an Art Deco building, formerly a cinema and then an Auction House. Below the apartment is a stunning wine merchants - perfect!



There is also a row of shops nearby with Co-op and takeaway's. Further down the road is a super craft Beer and Wine Bar (Blue Stones) and Patisserie (Enchanted) which serves amazing brunches. The Mount Inn (Pub) is a 7 minute walk away and is very popular with decking to the rear overlooking the River Dee!

Earlier check-in or later check-out may sometimes be possible depending on neighbouring bookings — please ask in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.



The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays and bed linen and towels are professionally laundered.



A travel cot and high chair are available on request. Please note that the travel cot is supplied without an additional mattress, pillow or bedding, so guests travelling with an infant should bring these with them.
