"I stayed four nights and 5 days! When I first entered the hotel I was met by a lovely lady by the name of Anna! She was very welcoming and had a smile that would light up the room. I encountered Anna quite a few times during my stay. And every time she was just as pleasant as the time before. I had decided upon checking out. "We checked in and headed to our room which was difficult to find as it was wedged between the stair well and elevators. We headed back to the front desk and requested a different room in a less busy spot and were immediately given a different room no problem, staff very pleasant. Room was very clean and nicely appointed only complaint was low water pressure in the shower but the bed and pillows were very comfortable. "The staff were kind and friendly! The valet was fast even though the parking garage was 2 blocks away. My boyfriend had to be a plumber and fix the toilet since it kept running non stop. He also turned into a HVAC worker because the grate to the air unit was loose and was making a jack hammer noise. Other than that it was a very pretty and beautiful hotel!"

"It was an above average stay, the hotel was maintained. The pool was cold, great for summer. Breakfast was excellent and the staff for breakfast also great! No loyalty points were allowed as we had booked through an alternate booking site. That was disappointing. Overall we would stay again."
