Our cozy cottages offer added privacy with all the comforts of home. Enjoy your own, fully equipped, eat-in kitchen, as well as a stackable washer/dryer, 50" flat screen TV, corner fireplaces, free WiFi, private back porch with mountain views, covered breezeway with outdoor grill, outdoor dining and casual seating for outdoor gatherings. We also have outdoor seating along the banks of the babbling brook.

If you are staying in our area for an extended period of time, our cottages will wrap you in comfort and provide you the conveniences you need to feel like you never left home! We are conveniently located only a little over one mile from downtown Waynesville with quaint shops, craft breweries and restaurants. Come for the scenery, stay for the adventure!

Great cottage!

Just the right size. Nicely decorated. Everything you could need was there. Great instructions. Close to downtown Waynesville and Lake Junaluska. They have great information at the cottage about the area: restaurants, shopping and places to visit. Yard was great for our small dog. Highly recommend!!

Perfect Cottage for a NC Mountain getaway

Our Brookside Cottage was a great place to enjoy a delightful week in Waynesville. The outside design, with the breezeway in the middle, allows for a quiet and peaceful stay. The inside is warm and welcoming - including delicious homemade cookies - with everything you will need. The full kitchen is well appointed with a nice table to enjoy meals. The living area has a comfortable couch for TV viewing or relaxing in front of the fireplace. The bed was very comfortable. There is also a good sized dresser and bed side tables. A nice, roomy bathroom includes the washer and dryer. We highly recommend the Brookside Cottages if you are looking for a lovely, very clean and comfortable place. It’s convenient to downtown, grocery stores, and restaurants. We will definitely return. Thank you, Dina!

The perfect Cabin

This cabin was the perfect spot for my wife and I. From the moment we walked in , it was clean and tidy. We were 5 minutes from Waynesville and enjoyed the town and the people. I highly recommend this cabin.

Amazing rental

It's the little touches that make places memorable and stand out. My wife and I went here for our anniversary. When we arrived there was cookies and a card from the owners wish us a happy anniversary. Overall the cottage was great conveniently located near everything we needed and loved the Brooke sitting area. Was definitely a pleasurable experience and look forward to staying there again in the future for another romantic getaway.

Great place to stay!

Great experience, from the home made chocolate chip cookies and sweet anniversary card when we arrived until we checked out this morning. The owners were very accommodating, we had everything we needed and if I had a question they were very quick to reply. The cottage was extremely clean and very close to Main Street. If we come back to this area we would stay here again! Highly recommend.

The cottage was extremely clean and cozy. It has everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable for a good nights sleep. After we ventured out each day we came back and got cozy by the fireplace. Our host were very kind and even left us a plate of cookies to enjoy. Everything was just as it was listed on the website. If you’re looking for a very nice place to stay I highly recommend the cottages as is close to everything.
