"The hotel is a big complex with multiple buildings. The surrounding landscape is beautifully designed and maintained. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. But it’s in the Tianfu airport which is far from the city. However the hotel does offer an airport shuttle and the airport has a subway stop into Chengdu proper. "

"(English below) Muy buen hotel si lo que buscas es ir al parque de los pandas. Hay algunas tiendas y un sitio de masajes a buen precio a 3-4 minutos a pie, pero poco mas. No recomendaría usar el shuttle al parque de los pandas pues sale demasiado tarde. Lo ideal es llegar a la entrada del parque ANTES de que abran las puertas. El desayuno esta bien, la cena a la carta es razonable y la cena bufé vale la pena solo si estais realmente hambrientos.La piscina exterior es excepcional y tiene arena...

"Hotel slightly on the pricier side but definitely worth it. Had to leave mcsrh hotel after 1 night of staying there due to how unkept the place was but this was a contrast. Staff was pleasant to deal with and helpful, clean room, bathroom, laundry. The only complaint is somehow the smell of smoke would waft sow into the bathroom, as well as the noise of construction would can be heard"

"We stayed in the hotel in March 2026 and the staff are super friendly walked their way out to help us; from the General manager Zhang to the front desk staffs Ms Han, Ms. Li, the shuttle drivers, they helped us every way possible when we asked and sometimes even when not asked; if we could rate them any higher we would have no hesitation as we are so thankful for this stay even if it was short.
