"I had a wonderful stay at Vivanta Ernakulam. The staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel welcomed throughout my visit. The staff prateek( from utttarkhand) in the breakfast looked after us so well - incredible service and displayed Marriott hospitality- went out of the way to serve us. "The food was delicious and the staff was very accommodating. I had some problems with the room. Lights were complicated and the shower was tiny. The best part of this hotel was the staff in the Indian Restaurant. They were a delight. I’ll be back in Kochi and may not stay there again but I would go and eat there anytime. "
