This modern barn conversion is situated on the heart of the stunning Notgrove Estate and offers a modern alternative to the traditional Cotswold stone cottages. With a large open plan living area and modern interiors they are ideal for families and groups of friends wishing to enjoy the Cotswold’s. Stunning walks right from your door step….

Games Room - communal games room is shared with 3 other barns, this has table football, table tennis and a mini pool table along with a TV and tumble drier. Outdoors we have a children clamber stack, football area with goals and lots of muddy puddles!

Pet Farm Animals - Come and visit the pet farm animals which live in the paddocks just behind the holiday barns - pigs, sheep, donkey, goats and Alpaca - all ready to meet you.

Walks - 1500 acre Cotswold estate - enjoy mapped walks around the estate as well as the Cotswold way which crosses the estate.

The Plough at Cold Aston is an easy 1.5 mile walk down the lane and Bourton on the Water is 3.5 miles with a supermarket, pubs and gift shops.

Fabulous accommodation

We were a group of friends and family ages ranging from 8 to 76 and rented Walnut and Cobnut Barns for a 4 night stay to attend a wedding in Cheltenham. The barns were spotlessly clean on arrival and were very well equipped. The accommodation suited our needs perfectly. The children loved the free range goats! A great time was had bu all.

Wonderful!

We loved the location and accommodations. Everything so well appointed and convenient. Only suggestion would be to mention that the dryer is not onsite. We specifically looked for a place with a washer and dryer but not having it in the unit was an inconvenience. Otherwise, absolutely perfect!! Thank you 😊

Wonderful peaceful break

We stayed for a week and loved the peace and tranquility of the area. We were 6 adults and 2 small children - the little ones loved the space to run, the alpacas, goats and sheep. The house was well equipped and spacious. Very comfortable beds and good sized en-suites. One comment - a second fridge would be a welcome addition, particularly as the property is pitched at larger groups . We found we did not need the freezer much but really would have welcomed a larger fridge. Otherwise, a lovely place to stay for families and groups with or without children, we had a brilliant time and enjoyed visiting the local villages and attractions. Thank you.

Fantastic gettaway

A wonderful property in a stunning location very well equipped with everything you need lots of room we was a party of 6 adults and 2 children and the space was amazing. A lovely place to unwind with stunning scenery all around.

Execllent accommodation and friendly staff

A perfect setting in a secluded part of the Cotswolds with farm animals on your doorstep for the kids to be entertained by. Great games room and football pitch. Very good 4 bed ensuite rooms and 2 great living rooms to relax in. We'll definitely be looking to return.

Walnut barn was exactly as described very well equipped, comfortable and met all the needs of the family which ranged from 18 months to 65 year. Perfectly placed to seeing the Cotswolds.

Beautiful Barn which has been tastefully furnished. We had a great few days.

Lots to do with great walks and close to Bourton-on-the-water. We will come back and explore a bit more in the near future.

fabulous location, amazing accommodation,

Fabulous location, feels like you are in the middle of nowhere with gorgeous scenic countryside. Notgrove Estate is so pretty and is so near wonderful village pubs and only 3 miles from civilisation. Most amazing Barn (Walnut) never have seen a 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom property before, the design of the property was outstanding. Gorgeous rooms and sociable spaces. Farm Animals were fab and very funny, my mum and party absolutely loved the peace and quiet. Beautiful parish church in the village. Will definitely return and have recommended to several people already.
