This self-catering home can sleep up to 6 guests in two stylish double bedrooms and has a sofa bed in the comfy lounge / diner.

Welcome to our modern self-catering 2-bedroom home, tucked away at the end of a quiet & private road, a short walk away from Cheltenham Town Centre, with its own allocated parking located right outside the property.

Accessed via its own private entrance downstairs has a modern fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle toaster and microwave and is fully equipped for all your basic cooking needs.

At the back of the home is the lounge / diner that has a dining table for 4, comfy sofa and armchair for 4 and patio doors leading out to a quiet patio garden with an outside dining table for 4. The sofa also converts to a large sofa bed (5 ft. King Size). Also downstairs is a WC and entrance hallway for to hang your coats.

Upstairs offers 2 stylish double bedrooms, one with a king size bed and a double in the other. Lastly there is a modern bathroom with a shower over the bath.

We are privileged to be looking after this home on behalf of a private owner and will always be on hand to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

This home is private and is primarily set up as a two bedroom guest house with access via a key safe just outside.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. We also include complimentary tea, coffee and sugar. Please note we do not supply salt & pepper or any other kitchen cooking oils, if you require any of these prior to arrival please let us know so we can get this arranged for you. There will be some basic cleaning supplies under the sink along with dishwasher tablets.

We also supply all linen for all beds along with mattress and pillow protectors. There will be a bath and hand towel per guest along with bath/shower mats in each bathroom. Toilet roll is also provided along with a selection of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap in the bathrooms. In the kitchen we provide a tea towel.

We provide complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer than 7 nights. If you require additional items or housekeeping services for stays shorter than 7 nights please contact us for availability and pricing.

Our check in and out times are listed on the property information. Where we can we do try to accommodate early check ins, we generally will be able to let you know on the day if we can do this and will update you as soon as the apartment is available. If you wish for a later check out please contact us directly for pricing and availability.

For groups of 5 and 6 the sofa bed in the lounge will be automatically made up. If you are booking in a group of 4 people or less and would like to use the sofa bed this must be requested in advance. For groups of 4 and under there will be an additional £20 charge for the linen hire for the sofa bed if it is requested.

- This home is strictly No Smoking - this includes the outside space. Guests who wish to smoke must do this away from the property on the street outside.
- Every effort will be made to give you the most comfortable stay possible. If you do have any issues or concerns please let us know when you check in so we can help resolve these as quickly as possible for you.
- Out of respect for the nearby neighbourhood No parties or Events can be hosted at the property by any guests. Also noise should be kept to a minimum between 11pm and 7am.
- Please take shoes off on any carpeted areas.
