Step into this beautifully presented 4-bedroom townhouse in the heart of Cheltenham - a light-filled, stylish retreat with generous living spaces and an idyllic large private garden oasis. Perfect for families, groups of friends, or work trips - this home blends timeless character with modern comfort, just a short 10 mins stroll from the popular Bath Road with all its independent pubs, coffee shops and restaurants or an easy 20 mins walk to the town centre.

As you enter the home, you’re greeted by a spacious hallway and elegant design touches that continue throughout the home. Period details, calming tones, and an abundance of natural light make this house warm and inviting.

Flowing from the front of the house, the large open-plan living and dining area is perfect for relaxing or socialising. Sink into one of two comfortable sofas, unwind in front of the smart TV, or enjoy a good book in the natural light that streams through the sash window. The central dining table comfortably seats eight and sits beneath a decorative chandelier, with views straight out to the garden - ideal for gathering over a meal, playing games, or working remotely.

At the rear of the home, the fully equipped kitchen combines traditional charm with modern convenience. Crisp white cabinetry, ample counter space, and all the essential appliances (including kettle, toaster, oven, and dishwasher) make this space a pleasure to cook in. Large bifold doors open wide to the garden, extending the kitchen space outdoors on sunny days.

Step out into the private, sun-soaked garden - a true gem in central Cheltenham. Surrounded by greenery and climbing roses, the patio area features a large rattan dining set, perfect for enjoying morning coffee, lazy lunches, or evening drinks under the stars.

You’ll find four beautifully decorated bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind:

The family bathroom is a highlight, featuring a freestanding clawfoot bath, rainfall shower, and high-quality fittings — the perfect place to soak and unwind. Soft towels and essential toiletries are provided.

Located on the sought-after Keynsham Road, you’re just minutes from Cheltenham’s independent shops, parks, cafes, and restaurants. The beautiful Sandford Park and iconic Lido are around the corner, with Montpellier and the Promenade also within easy walking distance. On-street parking is available with one of our permits - spaces are first come first served and usually always a space within 1-2 mins walk of the house.
