Welcome to our recently renovated 5-bedroom self-catering home in Cheltenham, perfect for families or groups. Located just a 9-minute walk from Cheltenham Racecourse, this home is spread over 3 floors. It offers a stunning open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area, 5 bedrooms accommodating up to 10 guests, 3 bathrooms, a private enclosed garden, and a driveway with space for 3 cars. Whether you are here for business or leisure, this is the perfect place for your short stay in Cheltenham.

Welcome to our modern, spacious 5-bedroom home in Cheltenham, ideal for families or groups. The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area, perfect for socialising and entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a short stay. Relax on the comfy L-shaped sofa that seats five, or enjoy meals at the extendable dining table that seats ten. Also on the ground floor are a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a generous bedroom with a king-sized bed, and a modern shower room.

The first floor offers two double bedrooms, a third bedroom with a bunk bed and a desk for study, a bathroom with a shower over the bath, and another shower room. The large top-floor bedroom is a converted attic which has a king-sized bed.

Outside, you’ll find a private enclosed garden with a patio and lawn, perfect for relaxing. There’s a dining table for six and a table tennis table for guests to enjoy. At the front, there is a private driveway with space for up to three cars, and additional street parking is available in the area.

Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, our home offers a comfortable and convenient base for your stay in Cheltenham.

This home is private and is primarily set up as a four bedroom guest home with access via a key safe just outside.

👨‍🍳 Kitchen: Our kitchen comes fully equipped with every necessary appliance for your stay. We also include complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and Nespresso-style coffee pods for the Nespresso machine. If you require any other basics, please let us know so we can arrange them for you.

👨‍🍳 We also can recommend an excellent private chef should you need one.

🛌 Linen and Towels: We supply crisp 100% cotton linen for all beds, along with mattress and pillow protectors. There will be a bath and hand towel per guest, along with a bath mat in each bathroom. Toilet roll is also provided, along with shower gel, shampoo, and face/body cream. In the kitchen, we provide a tea towel.

🧹 Housekeeping: We provide complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer than 7 nights. If you require additional items or housekeeping services for stays shorter than 7 nights, please contact us for availability and pricing.

⏰ Our check-in and check-out times are listed in the property information. Where possible, we try to accommodate early check-ins. We will generally be able to let you know on the day if this is possible and will update you as soon everything is ready so you are able to check-in. If you wish for a later check-out, please contact us directly for pricing and availability.
Thank you for choosing to stay in our home, where take pride in offering a property of exceptional quality. To ensure your experience is as enjoyable as possible while preserving the condition of this special home, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules:

Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property. Guests who wish to smoke must do so on the street away from the premises. Please be mindful when handling luggage or belongings to avoid any damage to the panelled walls, which are an integral part of the home’s elegant design.

We aim to provide you with the most comfortable stay. If you experience any issues, please let us know upon check-in, and we will address them swiftly. Out of respect for neighbours, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 8am. Additionally, guests must refrain from socialising outdoors after 10pm.

Shoes must be removed on carpeted areas to maintain their pristine condition, and all waste must be placed in the bins provided. While we do allow events, we kindly remind guests that all other rules must still be adhered to. Under no circumstances can banners or balloons be taped or tacked to the walls to preserve the immaculate finish of the property.

Great location. Great accommodation.

We had a fantastic stay, was perfect for what we needed. The home was pleasantly well kitted out, clean and tidy and such a great location for access to Cheltenham and surrounding areas.
