18th century cottage 2 minutes walk to pubs, shops, restaurants and play park

Northleach is a hidden gem of the Cotswolds, situated 2 minutes walk to the centre where you will find a general store, bakers, butchers, chemist, pubs, restaurant, post office, cafe and Wine Bar etc. Fine dining at the Sherbourne Arms, Wheatsheaf, and Wine Bar.
Across the lane from the cottage is the children's play area with zip wire and tennis courts. Also perfect for walking and hiking. There is a bar at the end of the field run by volunteers with tables out side with Sky sports TV open at weekends.
Excellent location for exploring the Area. Village bus goes to Cheltenham, Burford, Bourton on the Water etc. Many pretty villages within easy reach.
Cottage has central heating and an open fire, logs available locally.
The Cotswolds Wildlife Park is about 20 minutes by car, a great day out for adults and children. Boating available on the Thames at Lechlade approx 25 minutes drive. The city of Bath is about 90 minutes drive away. Stratford on Avon approx, 1 hour. Oxford with park and ride bus 55 minutes away.
There are many guide book and leaflets on places of interest to visit at the cottage. We have a local friendly caretaker living close by to help with advise if needed.
