"Easy check in (although I did have to prompt in advance via email to receive door and box code details). Room was clean (bathroom could be better, lots of hair in the shower door) and well provisioned. Location is excellent and nearby council parking on Rockingham Street is such an advantage in the city centre. My room faced Division Street- quiet in winter after students have keft, probably noisy in summer. However, I know this, know Sheffield and would stay again. Good value and good service...

"Ray was an extremely friendly and helpful host. The pool and hot tub were perfect both having water at the right temperature for us.We were blessed with plenty of sunshine on days 2 & 3 of our 3 day break towards the end of November and enjoyed great walks.The cottage is very well equipped and had everything we needed, very much a 5 star stay."

"I was a little concerned that check in info, including teh address, was to be provided only 3 hours before check-in time, but in the event it all worked out fine.
The apartment is not fancy, but comfortable, spacious, clean and well equipped."

"Very clean, really beautiful studio. Just be aware if on rooms 11 or higher you are on the 2nd floor and staircase is a bit tricky "

"Excellent studio apartment with all the facilities you'd need for a short stay, in a clean, modern building and at a great price. Great central location and good for trams, especially if travelling to Tramlines festival. Lots of extra facilities in building like a laundry room which was very useful. Would definitely stay again next time in Sheffield."

"Secure and handy studio flat with parking. An excellent option for us. Kitchen was well stocked for utensils etc. Small point was no cafetiere - but instant coffee and tea bags etc were supplied."

"Ideal location for exploring the Peak district Property was spotless, nicely furnished, well equipped kitchen. Availability of Netflix very nice touch. Property advertised for up to 10, but would think it could be a bit of a squeeze unless several of party were small children. There were 6 of us and it was perfect size"
