  • Nunca ha habido un mejor lugar para "Escapar al lago" que en Park Pointe A302. Este hermoso y soleado condominio cuenta con techos abovedados, pisos de madera noble y mostradores de granito en todo. El condominio del tercer piso maximiza sus vistas al parque, el lago y los alrededores desde la sala de estar y su balcón privado, con asientos al aire libre y una parrilla de gas. Escápese al lago en Park Point, que tiene capacidad para 5 personas cómodamente, con una cama King, una cama Queen y una cama individual de alta calidad que se puede mover fácilmente. Los huéspedes de los condominios Park Pointe disfrutarán de la piscina al aire libre con exposición al sol, la bañera de hidromasaje y la casa club. Además, también disfrutará de uno de los lugares de vacaciones más céntricos del valle del lago Chelan. The kitchen was appointed well and the beds were comfy. Everything was clean and the cabinets and counters and furniture were all really new and high quality. Cleaning staff forgot the extra blanket for the spare bed, so the first night we had to make do, but they brought one by in the morning. The pool was nearby and clean, perfect for my kids!

Beautiful property in a great location!

We loved our stay and will book again. The property is beautiful and clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We loved being close to everything in town. Highly recommend!

Great location!

Great place to stay with a family! Location was perfect; walkable to town and amenities. The pool and hot tub were great for our little one. The space was clean and had everything you could need.

Amazing experience

Highly recommend this place, it was exactly what we expected and being able to watch the fireworks from the balcony was a great experience. The beds are super comfortable and the space was exactly what we needed for our family.

Wonderful place!

Beautiful place and the CLEANEST I have ever stayed at;) Not sure why there were no coffee filters but perhaps they don't like waste and just use the basket? We would stay again anytime:)

Nice weekend getaway

The unit was located a few minute walk from the public lakefront park and a few minutes from town. Nice view, updated, clean, and close to the pool. Made for a nice weekend stay.

Memorial Day weekend

We had an enjoyable weekend other than the chaos that went on next door. But as far as the condo it’s self it was perfect. The pool was great. Everyone was pretty friendly also.

Great place close to town

Very clean, and great views from the top floor. Pool is just steps away and the town is walking distance. Not EV charging friendly but the town has a few level two free chargers.

Great Condo

Very nice condo unit, well furnished. Sparkling clean and comfortable. Property management was very responsive to our request for an early check in. Beautiful views across lake to hills on other side. Small but nice pool area. Facing road but no noise in bedrooms. Overall excellent stay.

Great location in Chelan off the main road heading from downtown and toward Manson. Very clean with laundry detergent, fire logs, and the basic kitchen amenities. Had a great fridge and stove set up. We found a puzzle to put together, but glad we brought our own games to play on Christmas day. Great water pressure, but be quick in the shower, as hot water ran out fairly fast. Hooks by the door were great for our jackets and we found the entry/lock easy to handle. My only real issue was I booked looking for hot tub access but it was closed for the season; did not see any notice taking that option out. However, we really enjoyed the condo. Super nice.

Great Chelan Vacation Rental!

The unit we stayed in features high-end appliances and furniture. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was very clean. The instructions for check-in/check-out were very clear. Only two issues: although there were ample bathroom towels, we were hoping for beach towels for the pool/lake (this is common for other properties in the area). Also, sitting in the balcony is quite noisy due to the traffic on the Manson Hwy below.

Condo rental for Christmas

I rented a condo in August for the Christmas Break. The week before Christmas I was notified by the owner he sold the property and I would be contacted by the new owner. Two days before Christmas that had not happened so I rented a second condo in a different building. The location was not what we wanted but it worked. The second evening as we are making dinner we realized we had no water. After waiting a half an hour, we contacted the rental office who were surprised to hear there was no water and asked us to move to a third unit. The next day while talking to the maintenance person I learned he shut the water off due to a leak but did not notify any of the tenants OR the Fire Department that water service had need shut off to the building. I will be concerned of the dependability of VRBO rentals in the future.

A-302 great

We have stayed here at park place a few times while building a house for my clients in Manson, this apartment A-302 was the best one so far, nice beds, all hardwood etc. we will stay here again.
