Large Upgraded, Family Friendly Condo with Garage

Located right next to Lake Chelan with gorgeous lake and mountain views, and a stylish updated interior with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Walking distance to wineries - with a wine fridge grabbing a few bottles to go is ideal!

FREE garage parking for 1 car, and additional parking available for a 2nd car.

Lakeside Park is just a block away, and offers lakefront beach access, docks, and picnic areas. At the condo you'll find a community pool, and adults only swim hours daily.

I live locally and have a small local team that can help assist in the event that you need anything.

When you arrive in Chelan, you can settle down in our quiet and spacious condo which is nestled in a small only tight knit community. This is a top floor condo in a small community (only 12 units). The neighborhood is safe, and neighbors are friendly. Only a couple of the units are rented, so it's a quiet community. The shared pool and sauna are located right outside the front door, and are frequently not in use.

The best part of your stay will be that you're only 100 feet away from the 7 Acre Lakeside Park with over 1400 feet of waterfront, a walking and biking path, boat launch, paddle boarding, water skiing, a playground, and more!

Once you've gotten your fill of the sun, we recommend walking across the street to Sigillo Cellars for wine tasting and panini's.

You'll also be only two miles from historic downtown Chelan where you can do some window shopping in our locally owned eclectic shops, or grab something delicious to eat at a mom and pop restaurant.

Things to Do & Nearby attractions include:
- A sandy beach lakefront at Lakeside Park with a playground, picnic tables, and jumping dock is just steps away from the condo, with direct access - no need to drive!

You'll have full private access to the condo, and community shared access to the pool, and sauna.

This is a one floor, second story condo (use of stairs are required to enter the condo).

Pool opens only during the Summer months (from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend).

1 free garage covered parking spot is included! With additional parking available for a second car if needed. Avoid the traffic, long lines and fees to park your car at Lakeside Park! Additional vehicles can park at the city park & ride a block away. (A second spot may be available upon request.)

This is a completely private stay, with self check in, and check out. There is 1 king bed master bedroom with an on-suite bathroom; 1 queen bed bedroom with a full bath/shower combo right outside the hallway, and 1 sofa bed in the living room.

The pool will be opened on May 15th - September 30th.

Please note that all guests staying here must be 25 years of age or above, unless they're accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.

We have a 6 guests maximum, as we only provide sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests. A GUEST is defined as an adults, teenager, child, toddler, baby, and infant - this all aged children & babies do count as a guest. Our HOA limits this condo to a 6 guest maximum in the condo and at the pool. If you have 6 guests and an infant/baby (i.e. 12 months old or younger) please mention this in your booking request and a pack & play can be provided.

Our HOA guest limit rules are strictly enforced. Any additional (not approved) guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty at $50 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of (6 guests).

NO PETS are permitted in the condo. I love dogs! However renters are not permitted by our HOA to have dogs on the property. This is a rule instituted by the full time residents to keep the harmony around the community, and the grounds clean. If you attempt to sneak a pet in, this is a clear violation to our set rules and you will be asked to leave with no refund. If you have a service animal, please let me know ahead of time so I can inform the community as I know many service animals do not perform obvious tasks. Please be prepared to provide documentation upon request.

Most every check in is on the same day as the previous check out. So we have a limited window to get the laundry done, and condo cleaned. To ensure there's enough time to clean and reset the condo for your stay, check in as at 4pm and checkout is at 11am.
