Grandview #644 -This luxury condo is a beautifully appointed, fourth floor waterfront condo decorated in warm tones and accented with rich cherry woods and touches of stainless steel and granite.  Savor a cup of morning coffee or an evening beverage from your private patio/balcony while you take in the spectacular views of the pristine water and surrounding mountains.

Enjoy a king bed in the private bedroom, a full bath, full kitchen with breakfast bar, indoor and outdoor dining, and a Murphy bed in the spacious living room. 

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather. 

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Great place, great location

We stayed here for two nights. It was clean and comfortable and very close to where we were meeting the boat we were going fishing on. It’s also very very close to downtown so it was an easy walk. The view was nice. The only complaint, and it’s a minor one, is there was next to no cupboard space in the kitchen to put anything that we brought. So we ended up stacking it up on the counter. A minor inconvenience but an inconvenience nonetheless.

Stay over Labor Day wknd 2024

Loved that we found this spot last minute and there were no hidden charges. This was our first time staying here and we loved loved our accommodations! Top floor, view of the lake, quick walk into town, place was spotless, and had every amenity you could think of to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The bed was very comfortable (even the murphy bed) Our only complaint was the pool was dirty with dead flies, water looked murky and the hot tub was cold and looked like dirty murky water as well. That didn’t deter us from enjoying our stay and I will 100% be back.

Grandview Chelan Pre-Labor Day Weekday Stay

The Grandview is located on the waterfront of Lake Chelan at the end of the downtown area and just a short walk to the many shops and restaurants in the downtown area. Lake access is great with many ladders, docks and floating docks near the lake boundary. Bouys are available for boats, jet skis and other water craft at no charge. Condos have balconies with beautiful views of the lake and surrounding hills. Underground and ground level parking is available, but limited. Warm summertime temps and cool lake and pool water are an inviting combination. Pre-week stay was perfect as it avoided the large holiday crowds.
