Welcome to Carpe Diem – “Seize the day”

Carpe Diem is a luxury, custom-designed modern cottage located in the new Vineyard district. The open floor plan features comfortable furnishings, and its convenient location creates a perfect place to stay with family and friends. The house features two full bedrooms upstairs that sleep 6, with vaulted ceilings and large windows, and a 2-person queen-size sofa-bed downstairs with a full bath.

Carpe Diem is a few steps away from the large 20-person hot tub, olympic pool, and splash-pad kids love. While there are two outdoor pools at the Lookout, this one is heated and open year-round and is fully equipped with chairs, tables, umbrellas, loungers, and pool house. Carpe Diem is kid friendly, with heated concrete floors on the first floor, and hardwood floors upstairs.

While at Carpe Diem you can relax in the double outdoor areas. The front patio features a covered area with loveseats and overhead Infratech heaters, and an exterior area with an eight-person dining table, and a Weber grill, all ready to help you to entertain your party and enjoy barbequing your meals. You can also enjoy memorable evenings in the side patio, with private fire pit and Adirondack chairs.

You will enter Carpe Diem through a wall-to-wall glass door into a comfortable living room featuring a fireplace, 55” 4k UltraHD SmartTV, and Bose soundbar. You will find a high-end kitchen with custom cabinetry, GE Café stainless-steel appliances, dining table for six, and ample pantry with all amenities needed for your stay, including a Nespresso® Vertuo machine, an 8-cup coffee maker, an all-in-one air-fryer/microwave, Ninja blender, waffle maker, large turkey roaster for your Thanksgiving or Holiday dinner, and all implements needed for baking. Next to the kitchen is a balcony overlooking the mountains and a seating nook by sunny windows. Rounding out this floor is a full bathroom and laundry closet with high-capacity LG washer and dryer.

Heading upstairs, you will be greeted by PNW art by Erick Abel, and two large bedrooms featuring hardwood floors, each with full en-suite bathrooms, and vaulted ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows.

The Master Suite features a king-size bed with Tuft+Needle mattress, full-size closet, and pack-and-play, a foldable desk to work remotely, and a 55” 4k UltraHD SmartTV. The Master Suite bathroom features heated floors, double sinks, frame-less glass shower, Kohler heated-seat bidet, heated towel rack, and heated mirror.

Adults, teens, and kids will all want to stay at the Guest Suite featuring quad (4) queen-size bunk beds with Tuft+Needle mattresses, and gaming loft with two 55” 4k UltraHD SmartTVs and two XBOX S series. The Guest Suite bathroom features double sinks, Kohler heated-seat bidet, and heated towel rack.

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is provided to handle a full family of devices and remote work.
A 240V Electric Vehicle (EV) charging outlet is also available (portable charger required)

The Lookout Community features a private Marina with dedicated swimming area, private beach, pickle ball courts, ample grass lawns, playgrounds, the Vin Du Lac winery and restaurant, and the surrounding Lake Chelan area.
