"The property is in a quiet cul de sac of the village. Note there are street lights in the cul de sac but none in the village. You need a torch.
The place was clean. Good sized bathroom. Well equipped kitchen especially if you want to cook for yourself.
The cottage is an ideal base for visiting the area with many attractions a short drive away.
There is no where to eat within walking distance but the 2 local pubs are a short walk and the locals are very friendly.
As we were there for a week...

"Great location, but overly hot with hard to control heating and a little tired and dated. Access to the large parking area is very tight. Not practical if you drive a 4x4"

"Very brief stay as travelled for the solstice but lovely property. Loved the history and little features. Nice garden also. Very peaceful and a lovely pub nearby thats walkable."
