Check out the iconic city of Cheboygan to the north and Indian River to the south, embark on a ferry ride to Mackinac Island, or enjoy nearby ski hills and golf courses.
Tony's Tip - For a special treat, get to the Mackinaw dock early and catch a ferry that takes you under the Mackinaw Bridge before heading to the island!

NEARBY AIRPORT: The chalet is only 22 minutes from the Pellston Regional Airport (PLN), with service to Detroit Metro Airport (DTW).

CREATURE COMFORTS: Delight in ultra-fast Wi-Fi, the fully equipped kitchen, main floor bedroom, complimentary coffee and tea, as well as a Digital Welcome Guide featuring our favorite spots in the “Tip of the Mitt”.

STUDY & PLAY: A dedicated study area with desk caters to remote work needs, while the remodeled lower level boasts a 65" Smart TV, soundbar, ceiling speakers for music streaming, Nintendo Classic gaming system, and a bar area for cozy movie nights.

This property has a three-night minimum stay from Memorial Day to Labor Day (minimum night stay requirement may decrease due to availability). No access for ice fishing. Rental agreement is required.

We were very pleased with this place. Very reasonably priced. This place was remodeled, but you could tell they did not skimp on anything and was very up to date. It was also very clean. One of my friends that stayed there is going to recommend it to her boss for their work getaway weekend. Our host, Tony, was very accommodating and even let us change the dates of our stay. We enjoyed everything about this place!

My family of eight loved the place from first sight. Such a nice theme and decor throughout the house. It was overflowing with amenities. We particularly appreciated the nicely stocked spice rack and plentiful can openers along with so many other kitchen items and conveniences that were missing from the last rental home in which we stayed. Really, everything was terrific. The price was unbelievably economical. We will have fond memories. Thank you again!

Getaway

Great time of year trees colorful Mackinaw island was not crowded with people. We used the outdoor fireplace and grill. We enjoyed the company of family and relaxed. We will be coming back with other family members next year.

Perfect weekend getaway

We rented the chalet for a girls weekend. We were all very happy with our choice. The chalet was very clean, comfortable, and well situated for trips in Cheboygan, Mullett Lake, and numerous other areas northern Michigan. We would definitely rent this one again.

Get away

There are 6 of us all at retirement age. We r from Indiana and the forecast was calling for several days n the mid 90’s. It was a last minute decision. We had a great time. We went to the island, took the carriage ride, to the locks, glass bottom boat, walked on the trails at the state parks, to the water falls, etc. temps were 10-25 degrees cooler than they were having at home. Had a great stay!

Great spot!

Beautiful cabin with lots of room and space to hang out. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need! Lots of places to sleep! Right across the road from the lake with a view in the winter when the trees are bare! This is a great place for a getaway!

Beautiful chalet in a convenient location

The chalet is beautiful, cozy and welcoming. It is well equipped with everything you need. It is in a quiet area but not far off the highway. There is a Walmart and a dollar general just a few minutes away.

Weekend with longtime friends

Detailed guide for stay provided before our arrival and also at the cabin. The cabin was spotless and had everything guests would need. A perfect place for us to spend our evenings catching up with friends after fun day trips around the area. A great place for families too. Thank you!

Mullet lake fishing trip

Had a great stay. After setting in a fishing boat all day living room chairs were very welcome and comfortable. Kitchen was more modern than my house. Not a major deal but you can hear the traffic going by out front! I would have no problem staying there anytime. “Nice Place” l didn’t really have any issues but when I did message the owner on a couple things l got a quick message back!

Michigan vacation

Very impressed with the property and the house. It is truly one of the best and cleanest home rentals we have stayed in. This gem is 5 stars! The home is well supplied with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The deck in the backyard was a perfect place to relax and have a cocktail! Fantastic home and location

What a gem this home is. There's so many special touches -- a variety of entertainment/games, quality appliances in the squeaky clean kitchen, thoughtful guidance throughout and a quick trip to SO many cool places. We absolutely loved our stay and our kids, 4, 7 and 10 hope to return next year. Thank you for a memorable and relaxing stay!

Family Vacation

The location suited us very well. We visited the U.P. and Mackinaw several times. Plenty of room for everyone. We didn't have to take up floor space for sleeping, everyone had their own bed. Having a dishwasher was GREAT! It was really nice being able to park in a garage. We were able to relax around a nice firepit for evening fires.
