Three very large bedrooms and two full baths. Huge Loft with incredible lake views. Property is very private. 100 feet of Lakefront facing Isle la Motte. Property includes 70 Feet of dock, jet ski lift and for an additional price a 4500 pound boat lift. Flat level yard and firepit for true off the grid relaxing.

This is one of the premier fishing spots in the entire Northeast. Smallmouth and Pike. 2 Kayaks on site.

One Bedroom has 2 queens.
One Bedroom has 4 Twins
Master Suite has King and private bath.

Cottage with a view

The place was clean, quiet and spacious. Exceeded expectations. Tim the property owner was easy to communicate with and was responsive to any questions we had. Will keep this property at the top of my list for future stays in the area.

Hands Down Best Mini Vacation We Have Taken!

Everything about this home was perfect! Tim was extremely communicative checking in a couple of weeks prior to arrival. The layout, home decor, amenities, cleanliness, sleeping arrangements, everything was just perfect! The home was cozy and inviting, very spacious, so much to do and lots of space inside and out! Nothing was needed, we had everything we could ask for to cook fun meals after an exhausting day playing on the lake which we literally did from sunrise to sunset!

Outstanding

7 family members gathered to watch the solar eclipse. The house was simply perfect. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. We cooked all our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view of the lake was spectacular every sunrise.

The Perfect Family Vacation

Everything we needed for a family vacation, in a perfect location on the water, at an exceptional property. Tim was great, very responsive and checked in with us to see if we needed anything during our stay making sure our family enjoyed our vacation. The property was everything we were looking for and more! Best vacation we have had so far and we can't wait to come back and stay again next summer!

Great experience!

This property is better than the photos are able to show! Every room is newly remodeled and beautifully decorated.The private bay and dead end road make for a peaceful getaway. We enjoyed bonfires at the fire pit and the gas fireplace was cozy inside. Unlike some VRBO’s, everything from Keurig coffee pods to spices and food storage bags was accessible! The owner is extremely personable and sincerely wants you to enjoy his property. We’ve had many VRBO experiences in various locations and this was definitely 5 star!

This property did not disappoint. Breathtaking views morning, noon and night. Comfortable, cozy and yet spacious all at the same time. Host was amazing to work with. A great place

This is a great property with a great host. Everything is new and the beds were great. We brought a boat and tied it up at the dock. The dock is shallow, so we had to use the trolling motor to get in and out. The kayaks, smoker, and grill were all great. Communication was great and very accommodating to any request with a quick response. Would stay again!

1st family summer get away in 3 years

Property was everything we expected it to be. It was comfortable and quiet. Fishing was excellent. Loved sitting on the deck, playing corn hole and gathering in the kitchen area while making meals. Tim the property owner was very attentive. Over all a great time. We didn't want to leave!
