May Family Home (Sleeps 14) This 6,500 sq. ft. dream home features four suites, massive loft rooms with private decks, a stunning sunroom with vaulted ceilings, wood-burning fireplace, game room with pool table and air hockey, workspace with desks, luxurious main suite with cedar sauna and soaking tub, private swim spa, back deck with swinging bed, and outdoor dining. The fully equipped kitchen flows into dining and living areas perfect for large gatherings.
Blue House (Sleeps 8) This charmingly renovated 100-year-old home features open floor plans with abundant windows and forest views. The main bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bath, while the bunk room sleeps up to five with one full and three twin beds. Enjoy the galley kitchen, dining deck with charcoal grill, and large back deck with sectional sofa and private hot tub.
Skyuka Chalet (Sleeps 6) This unique craftsman home overlooks the Tennessee River with vaulted all-wood ceilings and dynamic lighting. The main bedroom opens to a full bath, a spiral staircase leads to a lookout loft with bunks, and a "cubby nook" features a double bed (perfect for kids). The wrap-around deck offers pool, forest, and river views, with a large back deck featuring outdoor dining, sectional sofa, and private hot tub.
