Welcome to "The Place in Chattanooga!" This brand new Craftsman style home is located in North Shore Chattanooga, close to the river. Although you may never want to leave, a short 5 minute drive will have you at some of the best restaurants and activities Chattanooga has to offer. Beautifully decorated with a stylish modern flare that will leave you inspired, high vaulted ceilings welcome you to the main floor with steel railings above giving the home a cool industrial vibe.

Really great location convenient to downtown, and walking distance to a playground and several restaurants and bars. The home is beautiful and well cared for. Very comfortable home with plenty of room for our family of four. The driveway is steep as the owners explain in the listing, but we mostly parked on the street. Good communication during check in and check out.

Rowing house

We stayed here while our son participated in the Head of the Hooch. It was a great location and the description of an excessively step driveway is correct...get the garage door opener it's a game changer. Wonderful house and fully stocked.

The Place in Chattanooga

'The Place' has all the amenities you need. This property seems recently upgraded and is very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood has lots of construction going on but it didn't interfere with our stay at all. The steep driveway is a bit of a challenge, so be prepared for a little uphill exercise! I recommend this property.

Clean and well kept

Got this place for the groomsmen for a wedding. Place was super clean and has plenty of room for sleeping. Location is perfect for restaurants with good food. Overall the place is great and would recommend.

Beautifully designed home

We reserved this home for a weekend staycation. The house very very nice as described. Overall the property was very clean and very nicely and professionally decorated. Only issues were spider webs in certain places, fridge not completely cleaned, and toiletries (hand soap and Kleenex) were not fully refreshed. We also had a maintenance issue but didn't report it during the stay (was a short weekend stay). However, communication was so great that I have no reason to believe they didn't immediately fix it when we told them after we left. We highly recommend this property to small and larger groups alike. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. It's super close to shopping, restaurants, and parks. You can even walk to some of them if you prefer. The management company was beyond exceptional in communications. Super fast and efficient responses. Answered questions promptly. Just all-around nice people to work with. Can't wait to reserve one of their properties again!

Beautiful home

It was a wonderful home, in a nice neighborhood. The driveway is very steep and hard to walk up. My only complaint is my son said that his bedding smelled like some man’s aftershave. So he didn’t know if the sheets had been changed. Otherwise it was a gorgeous home, I highly recommend it. I would stay there again. I give it a 10 out of 10.

Excellent accommodations

This was a lovely place to stay. So so clean, well stocked kitchen and perfect for 8. You can tell that everyone is in tune to details. We will stay again. The only thing to make you aware of is that this is one of the many houses on a steep hill and so therefore many steps are in the house. If you are aging or have any issues with steps, inclines, height issues, this is not the house for you. BUT it’s perfect for all abled people and we loved it. 👍❤️

Great house!

We stayed at this house with a few friends for a wedding. House is super clean and in a great location. We were able to walk to brunch and only a 5-8 minute drive from everything else we wanted to do in Chattanooga! Would for sure book again!

Head of the Hooch rowers 2023

Our group of five adults, all rowers competing in the 2023 Head of the Hooch regatta, thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the immaculate, well equipped, conveniently located "Place." The management's communications were rapid and helpful. The house is beautiful, with comfortable bedding and plenty of linens and bath towels. Just minutes from downtown and the riverfront. One small suggestion: you might add a larger, heavier skillet and a taller stack of dish towels (I'm the group cook!). Thanks for a lovely experience.

Quiet neighborhood but close to everything

Finding a quick getaway with teens that everyone will enjoy can be a challenge but Chattanooga delivered and this rental made our trip even better. The location was quiet but we were just minutes from food and fun. Home is very well maintained and some of the most comfortable beds of anywhere we’ve stayed. We weren’t expecting the driveway to be as steep as it was but we had a lot of laughs going up and down it. We will definitely be back to Chattanooga and won’t hesitate to stay here again.

Fantastic location in North Chattanooga

From the moment we arrived we were so impressed; beautifully decorated and very clean. Well stocked kitchen (may I suggest dishcloth and dish towels, colander, more wine glasses be included?) which made meal preparations easier. All beds and the twin sofa beds were incredibly comfortable! This quiet neighborhood is in a fantastic location for getting around town. We fell in love with Chattanooga and plan to return for another trip - and will book this property again without hesitation!

Our family of 7 enjoyed they stay. Overall, the property was accurate as listed. There are lots of stairs to get into the property. It does have an aptly described steep driveway. To get into the house, you walk up another flight of stairs for the main living area and master bedroom. If you’re looking to use the twin couches as beds, keep in mind that they are in an open loft area. You’d have to be a very heavy sleeper. We ended up purchasing a blow up mattress to use in one of the bedrooms so that we could close the door. We did walk to the Riverwalk, but I’d be wary with small children. The neighborhood was quiet and nestled away from the main road. This house was good for us for the three nights we stayed. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a drip coffee pot. We’d happily stay again.
