The Space:

Enter the home easily through the front door using the code provided at check‑in. You’ll step into a bright, open‑concept living space with the living room (two sleeper sofas) to your right and the fully equipped kitchen to your left. Just beyond the kitchen, the dining area features a stylish accent wall and mid‑century modern vibes.



Down the hallway, you’ll find the bedrooms and bathrooms:



o Primary bedroom:

-King bed + ensuite bathroom



o Second bedroom:

-Queen bed



o Third bedroom:

-Two full beds



o Shared full bathroom:

-Conveniently located in the hallway



At the back of the house, the laundry room includes a washer, dryer, and a half bath. From here, you’ll have direct access to the spacious backyard, complete with a grill and picnic table—perfect for outdoor meals and relaxation.



With a well‑stocked kitchen, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and plenty of space to unwind, this home offers all the comforts you need while exploring a city full of activities, sights, and experiences.



Guest Access:

The house has a digital keypad at the front door, which will provide you with access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.



The Neighborhood:

This is a transitioning neighborhood. We have had some guests who say they do not like the neighborhood. We think it is great, and we love our family-friendly neighborhood and have never had any security issues or concerns, but we recognize that every guest has different life experiences. We encourage guests to familiarize themselves with the area before booking to make sure the location is a good fit for their stay. If you do decide to cancel after arriving, it will be subject to our moderate cancellation policy.



Getting Around:

Guests will need to pull their cars completely out of the side alleyway into the designated gravel spots behind the house. The alleyway is in use even though it is gravel. Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.



Other Things to Note:

To provide guests with an additional sense of security, we have also installed a Ring security system, along with a digital door lock. This allows for remote entry and a sense of privacy and security. We require a signed rental agreement, and for guests to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.



We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.



Interaction with Guests:

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
