Brand new, modern, open space right in the heart of Downtown Chattanooga's Southside District. Stay a block away from many amazing restaurants, shops and the free electric shuttle that will take you all throughout downtown.

Private parking space and entrance, and plenty of street parking.

This is an open floor plan with a single bathroom off the master. So, anyone staying on the third floor will go through the master to get downstairs or to the bathroom. Perfect for couples and small groups.

Third floor: Office space, daybed & private patio.

Note: this is an open space and the only door is to the bathroom.

Everything was clean and as said on the description. Only down side was location, as it is located on a main road, It wasn’t an issue for us, but definitely some car noise. Otherwise everything was great .

This space was just what we needed for our Chattanooga stay! It’s in a great location with recommendations for food and activities nearby. Jacob was very communicative and check in and check out was super easy. Would definitely recommend!

Easy rental experience. Good location on the outskirts of downtown. I've stayed in this neighborhood each of the past three years and this was probably the most centrally located. It's close enough to downtown to comfortably walk to the shuttle station and far enough away that it's still reasonably priced.

The property is in an excellent location in the Southside neighborhood with the most amazing restaurants surrounding you. The neighborhood is absolutely walkable and there is parking on-site right in front of the kitchen window. Jacob is a wonderful host, extremely responsive, and maintains his property wonderfully. It was very clean. There is some street noise from Market Street, so just be mindful of that if you aren’t used to that. He thoughtfully provides fans and sound machines in every room. My kids had no trouble with it, though. The beds were also very comfortable, and all amenities were provided and maintained.

This home was clean, comfortable, easy to access. The neighborhood was within easy walking distance of good restuarants. The traffic was a little loud, but it calmed down after about 11 pm, so not an issue for us. The host, Jacob, was quick to answer questions and offer suggestions for our trip both before and during our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

The property was exactly as described and fit the needs of our family of 4 perfectly! The location is close (even walkable) to quite a few top rated restaurants and a quick drive to a lot of other great things that Chattanooga has to offer. The property is on somewhat of a busy road, but the host provides noise machines on both sleeping levels (floors 2 & 3) to help decrease the sounds. The kitchen has all you need & the living space is small but very comfortable. We loved enjoying the sunset from the third floor balcony!

Great location and comfortable.The only detractor was the traffic noise, but not a deal breaker and nothing the owner can fix anyway.We made sure we walked, hiked and got busy enough to fall asleep regardless of noise.We'd stay here again.Had a great weekend!

Cute and clean

The two nights we stayed were good! We needed parking for two cars so, one in the lot and one on the street worked. Everything felt fresh and clean. Street noise did not last all night. Kitchen was well equipped. Three stories with stairs and one bath on the second floor. Kitchen is well equipped. Lots to do nearby so I hope to do it again!

Great property and location

Home was in great condition with plenty of towels, blankets, pillows etc. Check in and check out was easy. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance - including Chattanooga Choo-Choo. Would definitely stay there again

Convenient location, close to restaurants, bars, and art galleries. Nice spacious apartment with full fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and well stocked dishes and cutlery. Nice third floor balcony with amazing view. Responsive and helpful host. A MUST STAY if you are in the area

Wonderful place to stay central to downtown

Jacob in his place are absolutely wonderful. So super clean it's unreal, so insanely close to places downtown that it will save you parking times 10. You can literally just park at the place and walk to everything after a day of being out and about. I can't get over how great the stocking of the room and bathroom is, it's literally everything you need. Highly recommend and we'll definitely be back.

Best VRBO ever!

We loved this house SO much. It was so nice, clean, organized, and beautifully decorated. Location was awesome as well. Parking was easy. We barely drove because most stuff was in walking distance. We will definitely be back to this VRBO!
