An oasis in the downtown area, wonderful newer house, newly professionally decorated, only 2 miles from the main downtown attractions, UTC, Erlanger, comfortable home, well maintained, fully stocked, everything brand new, enjoy a 3 bedroom home with a leather queen sofa sleeper as well as a leather futon to add more sleeping room, in a wonderful quiet safe neighborhood for less than the cost of a hotel room, a warm and cozy home where you will feel perfectly comfortable, enjoy all that Chattanooga has to offer and have a fabulous home to go to after all the fun! Fall 2024

Quite neighborhood, everything was like the web page said except there was suppose to be be two futons and there was only one. Very clean. And we couldn't use the parking in the back, because we didnt have the garage door opener, until the second day. Overall it was a great stay and we enjoed every minute.

Perfect for a family vacation

My husband, our 4 month old and my in-laws stayed for a long weekend! The house was perfect for us! Fairly clean but could definitely use a good scrub down when it comes to walls and doors. It’s well decorated and felt very homey. Close to downtown. I see quite a few reviews complaining about the neighborhood although we found it to be pretty quiet. The neighbor offered figs from her tree and was very friendly! I do recommend bringing paper towels (only one roll was supplied) as well as seasonings if you plan on cooking. The kitchen has all the basic utensils and plenty of dining ware along with pots and pans. The AC was fighting to cool the place down and definitely needed a filter change. (We kept it at 74 during the day and 72 at night) we went to the aquarium which was only 7 minutes away from the house. Loved that !

Weekend at Jackie's

House looks small from outside, but surprisingly roomy once inside. Has a real "at home" feel and more than enough things close by to keep you entertained.

This property was close to all the activities we planned on doing including downtown and Lookout Mountain. It was large enough for our group of 6 to cook & eat meals as well as play board games at the table. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

The property was doubled booked and we were without a place to stay, had to scramble for 4 hours before we found somewhere to stay.

Christmas Disappointment

Hosted the family for our annual after Christmas get together. Very disappointed with this rental since it was not accurately depicted on the VRBO website. This unit was located in the middle of what I would politely refer to as a sketchy area, although we did not experience any security issues during our stay. Only stayed 2 out of the 3 nights booked due to the dirty condition of the unit (photos are outdated since upkeep is severely lacking) and the lack of sleeping accommodations (only 3 beds) for 6 adults and 3 children ( 2 school age and 1 infant), even though the description indicated that it would accommodate all of us. Would not recommend or stay there again.

It’s a nice place!

It felt like our on home. In the a/c filter was stopped up and the dryer vent was to made fell right at home. We really liked the lighting in the house. If we come back that way we would drop by and rent it again. Thanks Jason

Fun weekend

The home was very clean and had all the needed amenities. Safe neighborhood and friendly people. We stayed for a short weekend so location was perfect to hit all the sites and downtown just minutes away. Would recommend.

Quick Trip to the Area.

My family enjoyed our 2 day stay. Very close to Lookout Mountain, Rock City and Ruby Falls. The house was very comfy and convenient for my elderly parents.

Wonderful house

The house matched the description perfectly and was in a nice and peaceful neighborhood. The house had plenty of space and was very clean. The Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of linens. We would definitely stay here again!
