The Space:

Step into elegance and comfort with our spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat, intentionally designed to cater to both your everyday needs and special moments. These units invite you in with a bright, open layout that seamlessly blends living, dining, and culinary spaces. Every detail has been curated for modern living: the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, sleek, solid-surface countertops that gleam, and high-end appliances that stand ready to inspire gourmet meals or morning coffee rituals. Generous closet space keeps belongings organized and out of sight, ensuring a tranquil atmosphere throughout your stay. Guest Access:

The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.



The Neighborhood:

Aetna Landing at The Poplin is located in one of southside Chattanooga’s most trendy neighborhoods. Mill Town blends historic charm with modern development, offering a variety of dining, cafes, and shops within walking distance. Just a short drive from downtown, residents enjoy easy access to Chattanooga’s best attractions like the Hunter Museum, Tennessee Aquarium, and the Riverfront. With convenient access to major highways, this vibrant neighborhood offers both urban convenience and local character.



Getting Around:

To make the most of your stay, we recommend a car to get around. This unit can accommodate two cars on the property, but street parking is also allowed.



UBER and Lyft are available throughout the Chattanooga area, in addition to a number of local taxi services. Please note that availability may be extremely limited during peak times.



The city of Chattanooga offers reasonably priced parking on the street and in several public parking lots.



A free electric shuttle bus runs between the Chattanooga Choo Choo and the Tennessee Aquarium with stops at every block. The buses run every 15 minutes, Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 10 pm, Saturday from 9:30 am to 11 pm, and Sunday from 9:30 am to 8:30 pm. Bus schedules may vary, please consult the Chattanooga Area Regional Transit Authority website for the most up to date schedules.



Bike Chattanooga offers bike share rentals at 42 self-service kiosk locations all around downtown Chattanooga. With over 300 bicycles and 50 e-bikes, this is a great way to explore the city. Visit Bike Chattanooga’s website to learn more.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that guests under 21 or guests residing in the Greater Chattanooga Metropolitan Area will be charged a $200 refundable deposit subsequent to receiving their booking confirmation. Please review our policy forbidding parties, events and unregistered guests to ensure your stay abides with this policy and does not jeopardize your deposit.



No Smoking:

Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are prohibited inside Chattanooga Vacation Homes properties. Refer to the rental agreement to see these policies and the additional fees that occur if you fail to follow them.



Pets:

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets



Interaction with Guests:

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
