Positioned only 1 mile from I-24, 4-6 miles from downtown Chattanooga, Erlanger, UTC, Chattanooga Zoo, Ruby Falls, and the Chattanooga Aquarium. If you enjoy Spelunking or taking in the sites, Rock City, Lookout Mountain and Raccoon Mountain Caverns are only 7 to 11 miles from you. This quaint 1000 sf, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse accommodates 4 guests.

This townhome rests on the side of Missionary Ridge with 7 townhomes on the property. Currently, we are completing the installation of a new concrete driveway and parking lot. Until its completion in mid-July of 2023.

When entering the home, you are welcomed by tasteful Tennessee art and a cozy living room. The 1st and second floors have large windows facing Lookout Mountain and downtown Chattanooga. Some of the most beautiful views of downtown Chattanooga are in the winter when you have clear views of downtown and can see and hear the TN Valley Railroad train make its way across the city with its steam rising into the sky.

Our kitchen is stocked with most of the equipment you would need to make a meal. Supplied for your use are pots, pans, cooking utensils, a variety of spices, dishware, and drinkware. Also located in the kitchen is a single-serve Keurig with K-cups, sugar and creamer and a microwave. Conveniently located in the kitchen is a laundry area that houses a washer and dryer. In the laundry area, you will also find an iron and an ironing board. Located between the kitchen and the living room you will find a half bath.

Complimentary during your stay is the use of EPB's High Speed Wi-Fi Internet.

On the second floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and nightstand. The windows have blinds. The bedroom to the rear of the home has plenty of closet space and a desk if you wanted to catch up on some work or surf the web. The full bath has a bathtub/shower combo with Italian tile walls. The fixtures are low flow for energy efficiency as well as LED bulbs used throughout the home.

Other things to note
Our townhome is conveniently located close to several of Chattanooga’s best attractions and restaurants! You are a short drive or rideshare trip to most venues in Chattanooga. Like most of our Chattanooga areas, this neighborhood is in the revitalization phase. On your way to our property, you will notice several homes blocks away that are being built or renovated as our great city grows in popularity.

This property is monitored by several cameras and has a courtesy officer on the property.

There is a grill on this property but must be cleaned if used as it is for all residents.

There is NO Cable TV but you may log into your streaming services on the smart TV. 1 streaming service is provided at no charge (Netflix).

There is NO dishwasher in this townhome.

You are allotted 2 parking spots on the property. Once the parking lot is complete, a designated location will be provided.

Exceeding the posted occupancy without prior approval will result in your removal from the property and no refund for the remaining unused days.


You must be 21 or older to book. By booking this reservation you are agreeing that you are at least 21 years of age. You will be asked to submit a photograph of your government-issued ID as proof of age and identity after booking.
