The property was very close to everything, and in a nice neighborhood, and the host was very good at communicating. As soon as we got there the house was so hot we couldn't stay in it. The air conditioner was broken, the key code to the garage was broken, and the floors and counter tops were so dusty they were black. Our host was very nice and transferred us to a different property right away to make our stay bearable.

Pros - Great location with easy access to most tourist places, spacious rooms and great if you need to bring your pet as there is a yard for them. Good communication from property manager. CONS - This house was quite dirty (windowsills were filthy with dust and debris, mattress pads were stained, glasses and plates still had food stuck to them). Upon entering the garage, there was a number of half drunk cups and various other garbage spread throughout the garage. Maintenance of the house was poor. To list, many of the light fixtures were out or had mismatching bulbs, there was no door to cover the laundry room so the washing machine was VERY loud as was the dishwasher which was missing buttons. The bed slats on one of the upstairs beds was cracked causing the mattress to sink, the curtain rod in the master bedroom had fallen down. The garage door keypad leading into the garage and the one to enter the garage from the house were both dead thus leaving the garage unsecured. The handyman was out quickly to repair one of the keypads. The drawer with silverware was a mishmosh of plastic silver and different sets with crumbs inside the drawer. The couch was very pilly and falling apart on the back cushions and the pillows were questionable as to the last time they were cleaned. Overall, good location, poor in cleanliness,maintanence and security.

Was thrilled with the spaciousness for us to spread out. Always love when there is some coffee available to get us started the next morning. We did have to take our roof box off the Telluride to be able to park in the garage however there was plenty of room to park in garage with 4 bikes on the back of our car. The water never got very warm for showers.
