You'll also be close to Chase Park and the charming windmill. Take a stroll to Oyster Pond Beach to witness stunning sunrises and sunsets. This delightful cottage features a first-floor bedroom with a queen bed, and the lower floor, accessible by stairs, offers a king bed bedroom. An extra room offers 2 twin beds for your use. Enjoy the private back patio, perfect for reading or sipping your morning coffee. Amenities include a shared driveway with space for two cars, central A/C, both drip and Keurig coffee makers, wireless internet, and a new 42" flat-screen TV with Apple TV and DVD player. Lovely stay, close to everything

A group of 4 friends stayed for a weekend- we loved being able to walk to all of the shops and restaurants in Chatham and have a short drive to the beaches. The house was comfortable and clean- we would stay again!

Great location, great place to stay

Comfortable, clean, spacious house in a great location. Walking distance to town and in a nice walkable neighborhood near a large park. Short drive to the beaches. Perfect for our family.

A great trip

We had a great week. The only issue with the House was all of the smoke alarms going off at once on the first day due to a dead battery - right in the middle of our kids naps. Not ideal. But the rental agency got a handyman to sort it out and everything was fine after that. There is no real privacy in the upstairs bedroom off the kitchen - very noisy if people are up and about in the living room. Also there are many sliding doors... but a very clean and up to date house other than that.

Great location and spacious house

I stayed 4 nights here with a group of 4. There’s 5 beds, 2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The house looks small from the outside but it goes down an additional floor from the main level and has tons of room. The living room is spacious with a nice sitting area. The locations is amazing. Just one block from Main Street and all of the shops, couldn’t have asked for a better location. I’ve been to Chatham a few times and this is the best location I’ve found, even some locals were surprised at how great it was. The house has a washer and dryer which was nice to have for a long trip. WiFi was provided and I didn’t experience any problems with it. The house doesn’t have bed sheets or towels which we found very weird and inconvenient. To avoid ridiculous prices on linen rentals we brought towels and luckily had a friend in the neighborhood that lent us bed sheets, pillow cases etc. Overall, it seemed like a new rental property as there was very little in basic kitchen supplies (cooking oil, tin foil, baking sheets, pans to cook with....). If the shower or toilet is running, there’s very little water pressure throughout the house, it even effects the kitchen sink. It wasn’t a problem for us but it looks like a recent storm blew a large potion of the fence down. All of that being said, I would definitely stay at this property again. A really nice house and location but I have to give it 4 stars because of no linens, lack of kitchen supplies, and water pressure. Thank you for hosting us!

Amazing Location - 2min walk to Town, Super Nice, Lots of space, Great Yard, Loved Outdoor Shower!

Our Family of 4 (2 adults/2 boys age 7 and 5) spent 2 weeks in this home in Chatham from late June up until the July 4th Weekend - and we LOVED our time here! Amazing location, we walked literally 1 block to town for movies, shopping, dinner, ice cream (there are 4 in town and we tried them all!), the Chatham band concert etc, it is all an easy stroll with no worries about parking your car! In the other direction there is a great park and toward the rear is a path that goes straight to Oyster Pond beach, again a 3 minute walk!! The house has shared access to a large parking driveway and a large lush and very private yard, our boys loved kicking a soccer ball around and just playing, safely away from the street and extremely quite and peaceful, you would have no idea you were so close to town, except for the beautiful church bells that chime on the hour...that made it very special. The enclosed shower on the back patio was a hit for the kids and adults alike. Inside the house is very nice, a recent construction it has every amenity you would want, even central AC (rare in the Cape), For us it was very spacious, the boys had their own space in the lower level bedroom (and bath) and we had our own space with the main floor bedroom...nice size closets for clothes and such too, we spread out and really felt at home for our two weeks. The kitchen is very nice with every stainless steel amenity you could want and open to the large living room with cathedral ceiling. The owners clearly take great pride in this home and the neighboring main home that they also rent, and their care shows in how nice and clean this rental home was. We were fortunate to meet the owners while here and they were incredibly kind and accommodating as well and gave us tips and history on the area that we loved learning. This is a great spot for families, we really enjoyed our time here and made some great memories! Bonus there is a ping pong table in a game room downstairs too!
